Ask at the right moment. Act on what they answer.

A survey goes out on the rule you set: after the course, 30 days into a new process, before and after a change. The answers sit next to the training they are about, and you decide what runs next. Your annual engagement survey stays exactly where it is.

The same questions, asked again after the fix
Global-eWalkMeCellebriteeToroJFrogGongCintJobber

Everyone finished the training. Nobody asked if it changed anything.

The new CRM process went live in March, every rep completed the course, and in June sales ops is still fixing the same records.

One sentence, and the question goes out on day 30

The new CRM process went live Monday. On day 30, ask the sales team if it's working. Anonymous.

The question goes out on the rule, not on your calendar

  • Who is asked

Role, position, department, location, group or employee type decide who gets it.

  • When it goes out

A trigger, such as enrolling in or completing a course, then an optional delay.

  • Attached to the training

Each answer is tied to the course, Journey or event it was asked about.

  • No manual send for these

Training Feedback and Employee Feedback surveys go out by automation only, never by hand.

Turn what they answered into what happens next

A person decides. Juno targets and re-asks.

  • Ask

The survey goes out on the rule, to the people the training was for.

  • Read

Every open answer gets a sentiment tag, and AI-generated themes show what came up most.

  • Assign

You choose the next step and target it with the criteria you already use.

  • Ask again

The same questions go back to the same audience once the fix has run.

The day-30 question, asked and chased for you

  • About one person, inside a process

Employee Feedback asks a manager or mentor about someone during onboarding or a review.

  • Tied to the process

Each answer stays tied to the employee and the process it was asked in.

  • Asked and chased

It goes out on day 30, and a reminder follows if it is still unanswered.

  • Built once

One survey is reused for every new hire the process runs through.

Questions people ask.

Does this replace our annual engagement survey?

No. Your annual engagement survey stays exactly where it is, and it answers its own question well. These surveys ask something narrower: whether a specific course, process or change landed with the people it was for. They go out on a rule you set, and the answers sit next to the training they are about.

Are the answers anonymous?

Any survey can be marked anonymous in its settings, and learners see that it is anonymous before they start. Individual responses are then not attributed to a respondent in the results. Set it before the survey goes out: switching it afterwards changes how existing responses are presented. Results show responses per question, with completion rates for the assigned audience.

Can we benchmark our results against other companies?

No. Juno has no benchmark database and does not compare your answers with other companies. The comparison it gives you is your own: the same questions, asked of the same audience, before and after a change. You read both sets of answers and decide whether the change landed.

Can a survey go out automatically after a course?

Yes. Add an automation with the Assign To Survey action to the training the survey should follow, choose who it targets by role, department, location or group, set the trigger, such as completing the course, and add a delay if you want it later. Training Feedback and Employee Feedback surveys only go out this way.

Won't more surveys tire people out?

The surveys that tire people are long and go to everyone on a calendar. Here a survey is a few questions, sent on a rule tied to something that just happened, and only to the people it happened to: the sales team that took the course, not the whole company. A reminder reaches only those who have not answered yet.

Can I draft a survey in ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. With Juno's connector in ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, you describe what you want to learn and who should answer, and your LLM drafts the survey in Juno and finds the right people. Nothing is sent before you approve it, and the survey then goes out on the automation you set.
