A global fintech company builds one company-wide financial literacy program in Juno to close the knowledge gap between technical and non-technical teams, replacing scattered, one-off training with a program every department actually engages with.

Rapyd wanted one aligned internal training process that would help every employee, regardless of department or role, understand the fundamentals of the payments and fintech industry. That was harder than it sounds: many employees didn't come from a fintech background, and departments like R&D had little reason to build financial industry knowledge as part of their day-to-day work.
Creating a single training that fit every department's needs was its own challenge, and on top of that, Rapyd had no effective way to track whether employees were actually completing training and quizzes, or just enrolled in name only.
Juno let Rapyd build a comprehensive learning journey, "Money Talks," that gave every Rapyd employee worldwide extra insight into the payments industry, regardless of whether it was core to their role. Instead of one generic training deck, the program was built to align all employees on the same industry knowledge while still being relevant across very different departments.
Automations and nudges kept the program from becoming a one-off, easy-to-ignore assignment, and Juno's LXP layer let the experience stay personalized rather than one-size-fits-all, with quizzes giving Rapyd, for the first time, a real way to track who was actually completing and absorbing the material.
The Money Talks program achieved a 96% engagement rate among Rapyd employees, across departments that had never shared a common baseline of industry knowledge before, including teams like R&D where that knowledge wasn't previously part of the job.
“Using Juno, we were able to bring together all of our internal experts to create a common baseline capturing the core of the payment industry.”
