Frequently Asked Questions.
What is the Readiness Gap Check?
- A free self-assessment for HR, L&D, revenue enablement, customer education, and customer success teams. Pick one process, answer six questions, enter a few numbers, and see where it stands, what the gap costs you in time and money, and where to act first.
How was the assessment built?
- We built it from thousands of conversations with our customers and with members of The Learning Table, people who run global L&D, HR, enablement, and customer education teams. Every process is scored on the same six areas and the same five levels, from Behind to Always ready.
How is the cost calculated?
- It is calculated only from the numbers you enter. To save you time, each field starts with a typical value from our benchmark. Replace any of them with your own. Every formula is shown in your report.
What's in the full report?
- For each process you checked, the report explains your score and lists your strengths, weaknesses, and missed opportunities. It shows what the gap costs, what you get back by moving up a level, and where you stand on all six areas and five levels. It also gives you next steps, with ready-to-run Journey Plays.
What happens to my answers?
- Your answers stay in your browser while you take the check. If you ask for the report, your name, email, company, and results go to Juno Journey so we can send it to you. Your report link holds your answers, not your name or email.
I'm already a Juno Journey customer. Can I use it with my team?
- Yes. Share your report link with your Customer Success Manager and go through the results together to decide what to improve next.
Which processes can I check?
- L&D and HR: onboarding, compliance, new managers, performance cycle, career moves, learning budget and content, and tool rollouts. Revenue enablement: release enablement, new rep ramp, tool rollouts, and partner certification. Customer education: academy updates, new customer onboarding, product updates to customers, and partner certification. Customer success: product updates to customers, new customer onboarding, and academy updates.
