What is the difference between customer training and partner enablement?
- They are different audiences with different numbers. Your customers are judged on whether they adopt what shipped, how often they raise a ticket and whether they renew. Your partner firms are judged on how much certified selling capacity you hold this quarter and on the deals those firms source, tier by tier.
How do you keep an academy current when the product ships every two weeks?
- Nothing waits for a content calendar. A closed version or a published note is read where it lives, weighed against the lessons that already cover the feature, and only the parts that went stale are rewritten, with the previous copy kept. You sign off the audience, then see which accounts received it.
How do you prove customer training moved adoption or renewal?
- The unit moves from the learner to the account. Every assignment, completion and quiz result is written back to the contact and its parent record in your CRM, so comparing an account that trained against one that did not is a report you run yourself. Ticket volume, adoption and renewal sit alongside it.
Can you train customers and partners on one platform and keep them apart?
- Yes. Every audience sits behind an entrance of its own: separate branding, separate domain, separate administrators, separate sign-in. Content written once serves every one of them, which means nothing is duplicated to stay current. People outside your company arrive on a magic link valid for an hour, or on your own SSO if you enforce it.
How does training data reach the Salesforce account record?
- A learning activity record is created per learner per unit, tied to that person's contact record and the account above it, carrying assignment, start, progress, completion and the quiz outcome, plus grade, expiry and a deep link. It runs hourly, ships four reports and a dashboard, and people added in your CRM turn up as learners.
Can customers take the training inside our product, our help centre or their own system?
- The academy is one surface among several. Learning can appear inside your product where the question arises, be published into your help centre or community, and be packaged for a customer who insists on running it in their own system. Which of those you use is a scoping conversation, and the demo shows each one.
How is training for customers and partners priced?
- Pricing is published on the Pricing page.
