I want to run a skills check-in in Juno Journey: each person rates their level on their role's competencies, their manager confirms, and I see the gaps by team. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn't connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview). Before you build anything, ask me: 1. My role and the team I support 2. Which teams and roles take part 3. Which competencies to include (from our framework in Juno, or tell me) 4. The deadline for self-assessment and for manager confirmation Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. Read the roles and competencies already in Juno first; tell me what's missing before we start. Plan the check-in: who is included, the questions, the two deadlines and the reminder plan. After I approve, prepare it as drafts and show me the list of people. Routine: after the first run, offer to repeat this twice a year, comparing the new results with the last round. If this assistant can run scheduled tasks, set one up only after I approve it; if not, give me a one-line prompt I can re-run. Don't launch, assign or notify anyone until I say go.
