New managers ready in their first 90 days

Someone was just promoted to manager. I want their first 90 days set up in Juno Journey: the standard for the new level, their team, prepared first 1:1s and a check at day 60.

Before you build anything, ask me:
1. My role and the team I support
2. The new manager, their team and their own manager
3. What good looks like at this level at our company (framework in Juno, or tell me)
4. What should happen at day 60

Search Juno for our new-manager path and management content, and reuse it.

Propose the 90 days: the path, a short guide for their first 1:1s, a self-assessment survey for week 2, and a day-60 check I can send to their own manager. Show me the outline, then build it as a draft journey.

Routine: after the first run, offer to repeat this for every promotion, and a reminder at day 60. If this assistant can run scheduled tasks, set one up only after I approve it; if not, give me a one-line prompt I can re-run.

Don't assign or notify anyone until I approve.
