Since Refund policy 2026 on Oct 13, I scored 64 refund tickets from 5 agents against the new policy:
| Agent | Score | In the reply |
|---|---|---|
| Lena | 5/5 | “You’re within 30 days, so the refund goes back to your card today.” |
| Omar | 4/5 | “I’ve issued the refund. You’ll see it in 3 to 5 business days.” |
| Hana | 4/5 | “Annual plans are prorated from the day you cancel.” |
| Kofi | 3/5 | “Refunds take a while, I’ll chase it for you.” |
| Ravi | 2/5 | “Unfortunately we can’t refund after 14 days.” |
Team average 3.6, expected 4. The common gap is quoting the old 14‑day window. A short role play for Kofi and Ravi is drafted and waits for your OK.
The prompt
Paste it into Claude or ChatGPT. It asks its questions in one message, then starts from what you already have in Juno.
I want to understand whether Support or Customer Experience agents who participated in a Juno training are actually applying its key deliverables when they respond to customers. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn't connected, stop and tell me how to add it: https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview. Before you start, ask me: 1. Which Juno training to analyze 2. Which Support or Customer Experience team to include 3. Where customer interactions are stored, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, another ticketing system, CRM, or email 4. What score out of 5 should count as success Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. Pull the training from Juno and identify the key deliverables or expected behaviors that agents should demonstrate when responding to customers. These might include things like: * How they explain an issue * Tone and empathy * Troubleshooting steps * Questions they should ask * Product messaging * Escalation behavior * How they close or follow up on an issue Show me the key behaviors you identified and ask me to confirm them. Then pull the agents who participated in the training and review their relevant customer interactions from the connected ticketing system, CRM, or email source. Compare what the training expected with how each agent actually responds to customers. Score each agent from 1–5 based on how consistently their responses match the expected behaviors. For every score, bring real examples from the customer interactions, including short excerpts from tickets or email threads that explain the rating. Never invent a response or infer content you cannot access. Build a dashboard that shows: * Team average score * Expected score * Score for each key behavior * Individual agent scores * Who is meeting the expected behavior * Who has a gap * Supporting examples from actual customer interactions Brand the dashboard using the customer company's visual identity. Use the company's primary and secondary colors, logo, and overall look and feel when these are available from connected sources or provided assets. If branding assets are not available, ask me to provide them rather than inventing them. When you identify a gap, focus only on the specific behavior or knowledge gap. Do not automatically recommend reassigning the entire original course. For each gap: * Explain what the agent is doing today * Explain what the expected behavior should be * Show the evidence from actual customer interactions * Recommend a focused coaching or learning activity that addresses only that gap If the same gap appears across multiple agents, identify it as a common team gap. For a common gap, recommend creating focused Juno content specifically around that gap to deepen knowledge, practice, and consistency. Then recommend assigning that focused activity only to the agents who demonstrated that gap. Examples may include: * A short refresher * A response-writing exercise * A ticket or email simulation * A deeper explanation of the specific concept * Examples of strong customer responses * A manager coaching exercise Do not initiate any coaching, content creation, or assignment automatically. Show me the recommended actions first and ask for my approval. Only after I approve, use Juno to create and/or assign the approved focused activity when the available connector supports it. The goal is: Training → Expected Behavior → Actual Customer Response → 1–5 Score → Specific Gap → Targeted Learning or Coaching → Re-measurement
