Bring certified partners current after a release

A release changed something our partner certification covers. I want only the partners holding it brought current, on only the part that moved.

Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn't connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview).

Before you build anything, ask me:
1. My role and the team I support
2. The release (link or notes)
3. Which certification it affects
4. The deadline for partners

For the release notes source, check it is connected in this chat; if not, I'll connect it or upload an export. Never guess what is in it.

Find the certification and the module that covers the change in Juno, and who holds it.

Propose: the module update (rewritten in place), the partners and people who hold it, and the assignment of only the changed module with the deadline. Show me before changing anything.

Routine: after the first run, offer to repeat this after every release that touches a certification. If this assistant can run scheduled tasks, set one up only after I approve it; if not, give me a one-line prompt I can re-run.

Don't update, assign or notify anyone until I approve.
