Show every employee the path to the next role

I want to help someone see the path to the role they're aiming at: what it requires, how far they are, and a plan to close the distance.

Before you build anything, ask me:
1. My role and the team I support
2. The person and the role they're aiming at
3. Where our career paths and required levels live (Juno, or tell me)
4. How much time they can give it each month
Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers.

Read the target path and the person's validated levels in Juno. Never guess a level.

Show the distance: each competency, the level needed, where they are. Then draft a plan linked to the path, content from our library first. Show me before saving.

Routine: after the first run, offer to repeat this every quarter, showing how the distance changed. If this assistant can run scheduled tasks, set one up only after I approve it; if not, give me a one-line prompt I can re-run.

The plan stays a draft until the person and their manager agree. Don't assign or notify anyone.
