Did the pricing training show up on calls?

Scored calls since the training

Used Juno and Gong

Since Pricing in three tiers on Oct 6, I scored 38 calls from 5 reps against what the training teaches:

RepScoreOn the call
Marta5/5“Most teams your size start on Growth and move up when seats grow.”
Tomás4/5“The annual plan saves you two months. Here’s the math.”
Ade4/5“Let me show you where the tiers split.”
Sofia2/5“I can probably get you a discount on that.”
Jonas2/5“Pricing is on the website, I’ll send the link.”

Team average 3.4, expected 4. The common gap is discounting before the value conversation. A 10‑minute role play for Sofia and Jonas is drafted and waits for your OK.

The prompt

Paste it into Claude or ChatGPT. It asks its questions in one message, then starts from what you already have in Juno.

Works in Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot
I want to understand whether customer-facing employees who participated in a Juno training are actually applying its key deliverables in real customer interactions.

This can include Account Executives, Account Managers, CSMs, Sales Engineers, Support, Customer Education teams, or any other customer-facing role.

Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn't connected, stop and tell me how to add it: https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview.

Before you start, ask me:
1. Which Juno training to analyze
2. Which customer-facing team or roles to include
3. Which call recording or meeting system we use
4. What score out of 5 should count as success

Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers.

Pull the training from Juno and identify the key deliverables or behaviors employees are expected to demonstrate in customer interactions.

Show me those key deliverables first and ask me to confirm them.

Then pull the employees who participated in the training and analyze their relevant recorded customer interactions.

Compare what the training expected with what each person actually does in real conversations.

Score each person from 1–5 based on how consistently they demonstrate the key deliverables.

For every score, bring examples and short quotes from the actual calls that explain the rating. Never invent a quote or infer what happened on a call you cannot access.

Build a dashboard that shows:
* Team average score
* Expected score
* Score for each key training deliverable
* Individual employee scores
* Who is meeting the expected level
* Who has a gap
* Supporting call examples and quotes

Brand the dashboard using the customer company's visual identity. Use the company's primary and secondary colors, logo, and overall look and feel when these are available from connected sources or provided assets. If branding assets are not available, ask me to provide them rather than inventing them.

When you identify a gap, focus only on the specific behavior or knowledge gap.

Do not automatically recommend reassigning the entire original course.

For each gap:
* Explain the specific behavior that is missing or weak
* Show the evidence from real customer interactions
* Recommend a focused coaching or learning activity that addresses only that gap

If the same gap appears across multiple employees, identify it as a common team gap.

For a common gap, recommend creating a focused Juno learning activity specifically around that gap to deepen the team's knowledge, practice, and confidence.

Then recommend assigning that focused activity only to the employees who demonstrated that gap.

Examples may include:
* A short refresher
* A focused role play
* A scenario-based exercise
* A deeper explanation of the specific concept
* Examples of strong customer conversations
* A manager coaching exercise

Do not initiate any coaching, content creation, or assignment automatically.

Show me the recommended actions first and ask for my approval.

Only after I approve, use Juno to create and/or assign the approved focused activity when the available connector supports it.

The goal is:
Training → Key Deliverables → Real Customer Behavior → 1–5 Score → Specific Gap → Targeted Learning or Coaching → Re-measurement
