Before Juno Journey, onboarding was made of links to training and videos.
The user experience was not engaging and Kaltura could not monitor the progress.
To onboard 80 new Kalturians while WFH from different time zones, departments and to keep Kaltura's warm and successful onboarding experience.
Engaging new hires on a personal onboarding path resulted in faster completion of the onboarding stage.
With Juno's flexible content creation feature, Kaltura was enabled to create onboarding pathways in a structured way through training per Position. Juno’s content creation capability allowed to structure thorough training per position and provide an enhanced experience to the new workforce. The diverse dashboard and reports helped in leading and tracking the progress of each team and each individual.
Team leaders were able to take an active role in employee training creation and assigning relevant training to their teams. Onboarding on Juno’s platform has helped Kaltura to stay innovative and also create a discussion around each training, which improved their hiring methodology, resulting in faster completion of the onboarding stage.
There was a need for a place that streamlines all the learning & development data for the entire workforce. The process of gathering this information was not done frequently and required a lot of maintenance which used up valuable time and resources.
We succeeded in hiring over 80 individuals during the first two months of COVID-19. Juno has upgraded our on-boarding process, made it simple, smooth, and appealing to our employees at Kaltura.
