CS at Juno Journey looks like

As a CS you are the trusted advisor of your customers. you will be responsible for the success of the account, managing the partnership,‌ ‌monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the data, and working towards quarterly targets and KPIs.‌ ‌ ‌

Our ideal candidate, you

  • A people-person committed to giving outstanding service, who will take every inquiry from start to finish and follow up until the customer is satisfied

  • A tech-savvy person who is able to work in a computer-based environment and is familiar with social networks. 

  • An individual who will provide excellent support to customers via email and chat, to understand their needs and ensure their success with the Juno Journey platform.

Qualifications & Skills

  • accounts: customer success, professional services, or account management role. 

  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive team player, self-learning ability!

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Closely collaborate between our clients, product & Sales team.

  • Customer Advocacy – Create value from the client. In the form of a case study, product review, surveys, best practices 

  • Innovation – Work with the product to understand the needs of the client.

Requirements

  • Native English Speaker- Advantage. 

  • Ability to multitask and function within a fast-paced working environment.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Problem-solver, resourceful, and independent. 

  • Great written and verbal communication skills

  • A team player with a positive attitude, empathy, and high energy

  • Availability to work Sun-Thursday
