Who We Are and What We Do

Juno Journey is growing our Business Development team and is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative. This is a unique opportunity to join an evolving young startup, where you will be able to shape, design, and impact the Sales cycle.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Native English speaker. Additional languages- an advantage 

  • Customer-facing experience with strong written verbal communication skills 

  • Prior experience cold calling and generating new leads.

  • At least one year of successful sales experience in Sales or as Sales Development Representative

  • Used to a fast-paced (start-up) environment and know how to juggle multiple tasks

  • Have a clear understanding of the sales cycle

  • Independent, highly organized, strong self-discipline

  •  Experience with CRM and Sales tools

  • A people’s person- love to connect with prospects online or on the phone

Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness through regular email campaigns, targeted calls, and discovery meetings

  • Map out target accounts and identify the best approaches to initiate contact with relevant stakeholders within the organization

  • Lead qualification meetings with clients to identify relevance for potential partnerships

  • Communicate Juno Journey’s solutions, technology, and features to prospective customers whilst understanding their requirements

  • Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert to qualified opportunities

  • Stay informed about new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of training and self-study

  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with your Account Executives
